Description

XY110MV-B plastic moisture analyzer is one of the MW series halogen moisture instruments, with a range of 110g and a repeat accuracy of 1mg. It can measure the moisture content of PC, PE, PP, PET, PPS, PVC, PA plastic and other plastics.

Use:

Recommended standard sample 3-5g,test conditions: standard, automatic, test temperature: 130 ℃,test time: 3-5 minutes.

Desciption:

This plastic moisture tester adopts electromagnetic force balance sensor weighing system to ensure accurate weighing; Ring quartz tungsten halogen infrared plus heat source, rapid drying of samples;

During the drying process, the plastic moisture meter continuously measures and instantly displays the lost moisture content of the sample. After the drying procedure is completed, the final measured moisture content value is displayed.

Compared with the international oven heating method, the annular quartz tungsten halogen infrared heating method can uniformly and quickly dry the sample under high temperature, and the sample surface is not easy to be damaged.

The test results are in good agreement with the national standard oven method, which is replaceable, and the test efficiency is much higher than the oven method.

Plastic moisture tester operates intelligently. Generally, the sample can be measured in a few minutes. It is a good rapid detection instrument.
